If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from getJackBlack.uk simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to issue a refund. Returns must contain at least 50% of the original contents. Returned product sets must contain all original items included in the set. Items purchased with Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) can only be refunded with GWP included with your return. STEP 1: Submit Return Request Online
- Log in to your Jack Black account. If you originally checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account on getJackBlack.uk. When creating your account, please be sure to use the same e-mail address that you used when making your original purchase.
- From the Order History page, select the order containing the item(s) which you wish to return.
- If you checked out as a guest, under the Return Guest Order Item section, enter the same e-mail address that you used when making your original guest purchase and the order number found on your order confirmation email.
- From the Order Details page, select the item(s) to be returned and press the “Return Items” button.
- Only items with a check box are eligible to be returned. Fragrances, body sprays, samples or a gift with purchase cannot be returned.
- Complete the Return Form identifying the reason(s) you wish to return the item(s).
- Once your return request is submitted, an RMA Number is generated.
- An e-mail will be sent to the address on the original order with your RMA Number and instructions on how to package the items. Please print the RMA label along with the return label.
- Jack Black provides quick, convenient pre-paid return service. Please go to https://www.royalmail.com/divack-my-return/pick-a-retailerand search for 'Jack Black' and press go.
- Confirm the size and weight of your return package.
- Fill out all of the details and then click 'make you label.'
- To print the return label, you can either:
- Download your returns label below and print it at home. We've emailed it to you too. If you don't receive a notification in your inbox please check your junk folder.
- Have Royal Mail print the label for you. Take the email and your packaged item to a Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP). We’ll then scan the QR code and print the label for you. If you choose a CSP, check before you go that it can print labels. Check our location finder Opens in new window and look for ‘Label printing service is available’ under 'facilities'.
STEP 2: Package Items
Returns must contain at least 50% of the original contents. Returned product sets must contain all original items included in the set. You can use the original Jack Black shipment box or any unmarked cardboard box – just make sure there are no existing shipping labels on the box.
STEP 3:
If you’re shipping from within the United Kingdom and using the Royal Mail label provided, place the label in a shipping pouch. If you do not have a pouch affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. Take care not to cover any seams or closures.
Please clearly display your RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

If you’re not using the provided label, for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, returns must be shipped back to our mailing address (below) using a traceable shipping method such as Hermes or Royal Mail Tracked Returns. Jack Black is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and does not reimburse shipping charges.
If you are shipping to us from outside the United Kingdom, we’re unable to provide you with a prepaid shipping label but you may return your product(s) back to us with the carrier of your choice.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
You will receive an email when your return has been received. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account. Please note we do not refund shipping fees, including any return shipping fees you may have incurred. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Can I return or exchange Jack Black products I purchased from other retailers?
We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased on getJackBlack.uk. Purchases made in a partnered retail store, website or spa may not be returned to getJackblack.uk. If the item you wish to return was not purchased on our website, please return the product to the place of purchase for resolution.
My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify Customer Service immediately via email at [email protected]. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
I would like to return a gift I received for a refund. Is this possible?
Gifts cannot be returned for a cash refund but we are happy to assist you with an exchange, provided the gift was purchased from getJackBlack.uk. If you have questions about returning a gift, please contact us via email at [email protected].
