We are currently seeking a part-time Product Development & Packaging Intern, with potential to hire, to assist in product development, product marketing, and packaging. Interested candidates must be recently graduated from or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and working towards a bachelor’s degree. Candidates must come with a passion for the industry, attention to detail, good communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

JOB Responsibilities 

Roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • As lab samples arrive, immediately determine a testing plan with PD, initiate plan, follow up with testers, record, analyze, and report data.
    Help write, follow up on, track, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys.
    Assist in internal and external research regarding new product concepts, names, tag lines, positioning, and price points.
    Assist in competitive monitoring and issue relevant competitive analysis as needed.
    Work cross-functionally to help maintain deadlines determined by and for new product formulations and reformulations and maintain NPD spreadsheet tracker.
    Maintain, organize, record, and update all approved and reformulated finished formula documentation.
    Manage organization of physical product libraries including project, exploratory, and presentation submissions; maintaining an organized library of current and historical formulas, competitive products, etc.
    Organize and maintain information for all Jack Black product testers.
    Organize all packaging presentation submissions, retains, and approved samples.  


  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and working towards a bachelor’s degree.
    Interest in beauty and/or luxury goods experience or knowledge is a plus.
    Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
    Positive attitude and a team player.
    Great flexibility and adaptability.
